GhostStudio is a LinkedIn ghostwriting and content service. We provide automated tools and workflows to help you accomplish tasks more efficiently. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Fees for the Service are as displayed on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
Third-party platforms that the Service interacts with (such as booking portals or scheduling systems) may change their interfaces or access policies, which could affect service delivery. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GhostStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
All content, software, and materials comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to GhostStudio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
